Buyer payments are held in escrow until delivery is confirmed (or auto-confirmed after 48 hours). Once released, MTN and Airtel payouts typically arrive in under five minutes. Bank transfers take 24–36 hours.

- Are there monthly fees?
- No. Convergeo is free to list at launch. You pay a commission only when you sell. The free tier includes up to 30 listings.
- When do I get paid?
- After escrow releases on delivery confirmation. Mobile-money payouts usually arrive in minutes; we guarantee payout within 48 hours.
- What can I sell?
- Products, services, event tickets, wholesale supplies, and directory listings across our launch categories — groceries, beauty, fashion, electronics, home goods, and more. Prohibited items (used phones, alcohol, pharma, etc.) are blocked.
- How long does verification take?
- T1 sellers with a valid NRC, selfie, and matching MoMo name are typically approved the same day. Nothing goes live until you pass KYC.
